Over the past few years as far back as I can remember, I have always liked going out to eat. When I go to a restaurant, I always love to observe what is around me. Each and every comforting smile the employees have on their faces and the soft music playing, always makes me feel relaxed. The host's kind and gentle eyes look at their customers and politely ask for the number of the party attending and the smoking preference they prefer. They have soft cushion seats that let my body sink right down in them. I always notice the quiet atmosphere around me. This makes everyone's mood ever so noticeable.—this makes me want to open a comfy restaurant.
 
When the food is brought, I can always feel the chilled when the plate being handed to me. Then, I started to think, how people can cook a dish with the same ingredients and the way they cook but have different flavor in the end? Then I saw a quote in internet, ”A recipe has no soul, you as the coo must bring soul to the recipe”- Thomas Keller, then I release that’s just so true, because when you are in the mood, you can make a dish that everyone love it, but when you don’t, you just make a trash.—this makes me want to open unforgettable restaurant.
